Summer fun and festivals galore... footsteps in the wet sand along a vast stretch of Lake Michigan shoreline... happily dropping your hook into the deep water of an inland lake in anticipation under brilliant blue skies...watching the kids splash and play ... Spring blooms lining the sidewalks of well-manicured lawns and picturesque, Victorian Bed & Breakfast homes... punching a tender seed into rich brown soil and buying petunias already in bloom for your window box... dusting off the bicycles for the first spring ride on the bike trails... and getting the Boats out of storage for fun in the sun and on the beaches... Friends and neighbors ready to lend a hand... hopping in the car and arriving at your destination for food/shopping/nightlife/culture in just a matter of minutes...
