From exhibits of Artists, live performances (including Mason Street Warehouse), cinema (Waterfront Film Festival) & 5th annual Chidren's Film Festival, classes & workshops, and special events. * $1.7 million in capital renovations to the building since 2003! Former pie factory has been transformed into a state of the art theatre, an acoustically engineers Performance Studio & production areas. * Contributing to the local economy by creating jobs.
