2007 Tips for Buyers E-mail
Thursday, 30 August 2007

2007 is fast becoming the primo year for buyers. There are more homes on the market to choose from and interest rates are still low. For the past several years we have had a sellers market, NOT SO, FOR THIS YEAR!

NEGOTIATIONS!

There are many traits to look for when selecting a buyer’s agent. One important trait is the ability to successfully negotiate the best price for the home their buyers want. Here's how:

The way I see it, many buyers don’t pay the low price they should for the home they buy, but rather, they pay the price they negotiate. I maintain open lines of communication between my buyers and the sellers. Also, my buyer’s don’t offer more money than they need to, and they don’t offer too little money and offend the seller. My job is to put my clients financial interests first so they get the house they want at the price they deserve.

Don’t forget, you can contact me for more information on the home buying process any time. Just call me at 269-906-5503 or email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Try our internet home search , no registration required. Find homes listed by any real estate company. Use the google map search feature.

FOR SELLERS The real estate market has changed this year. Most homes are on the market longer and require the right kind of marketing. As buyers move to the internet, home marketing has changed. Each home for sale needs a strong internet presence. Internet shoppers require an almost instant response when they inquire about a property on line.
