Outdoor spaces enhance a home’s value and bring joy to our lives. What we hear, we forget. What we see, we remember. And what we do, we understand. Although those thoughts date back 2,300 years, the principle rings true today. People want happiness in their lives, and a great landscape can deliver that.
Try to keep it low maintenance is the trend right now and also what function will the space be used for. Is it a space for entertaining or just a quiet spot for meditating??? Sellers will get tremendous value out of it – both personally and in dollars when it’s time to sell their property. That’s a successful landscape. Dollar for dollar, sellers will get more bang for their buck, if sellers do curb appeal right! People are asking for a lot more outdoor spaces. |
